Nice cheap adjustable power supply
This looks pretty nice build. Just needs a back cover thought. Overall for 30-40 dollars it maybe worthwhile for prototyping. Absolute Power http://www.banggood.com/DP50V15A-DPS5015-Programmable-Supply-Power-Module-With-Integrated-Voltmeter-Ammeter-Color-Display-p-1072236.html

Use a sawzall to shake cans of paint
Interesting build. The author basically took a sawzall that wasn’t working out for him and made a paint shaker out of it with an arduino to control it. The write up is pretty good. And if you have a broken … Continue reading
Need an opensource electronics project, check codemade.io first
Its like a cross between instructables and thingiverse for electronics. Mostly mod’s to things like arduinos and RPis for electronics. http://lifehacker.com/codemade-is-a-big-collection-of-open-source-electronics-1789750030 sample https://www.codemade.io/search/camera

Adjustable Wire Foam Cutter with an Arduino
Interesting build, but couldn’t the author done the same thing with the POT being inline instead of using an arduino? I wonder if the author has other plans for this. https://www.instructables.com/id/Hot-Wire-Foam-Cutter-Arduino-PWM/
Cool mallet build
Nice build for a mallet https://www.instructables.com/id/Joiners-Wooden-Mallet/
Interesting selection of camera clients for linux
Starting to look into upgrading security again. As such I am looking at different linux based camera clients, Zoneminder and Motion are well known to me, but Bluecherry Kerberos.io are new ones I have not heard of. Both sound interesting … Continue reading
Nice solar pipe light tree
This is a pretty easy build and nice looking too. The author basically took a bunch of iron pipe fittings, painted them, and then stuck the solar lights in the holes. Looks nice. https://www.instructables.com/id/Solar-Powered-Pipe-Light/
Need to secure your email, check out SecureGMail
Looks like a pretty simple app to use to secure your email before it even hits the servers. Downside, its only for Chrome http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/encrypt-gmail-messages-before-reach-google/
Repair plastic cracks with a soldering iron
basically melt the plastic back together. Broken Plastic? No problem!

Build an arduino with a panel display built in
Nice build. Basically its a homemade arduino with a display on the other end. That way you can pop it onto a case and look pretty professional.
