A really cheap mini lathe build
This has to be one of the quicker builds I have seen. Its still a nice build and does the job for small builds. Could be used for things like pen builds. http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/here-mini-lathe-machine-i-built-72310?homelistings#post131110
Making a mallet from firewood
I got a kick out of this one. Nice build overall. The author makes most of this with human powered tools (including a lathe). http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/making-mallet-firewood-using-my-homemade-treadle-lathe-72312?homelistings#post131123
Use an oscillating tool to trim edge banding
OK I am doing this next time. I usually do the razor method to trim the band. But this would be so much easier. https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Trim-Edge-Banding-With-Oscillating-Tool-eas/

Nice looking stand up tool caddies
I like this build. Simple, and looks nice. Would I do it? No, mostly due to time constraints. And I have toolboxes for a reason.
Quick and dirty router plane
2 blocks of wood, 2 c-clamps, and a wood chisel and you have yourself a simple planer. I would only do this in a tight bind thought. https://www.instructables.com/id/Router-Planeplough-Plane-Imagination/
Another interesting circle cutter
Interesting build with a suction cup to hold the thing onto the workpiece. Author has it attachable to a grinder (metal) or a router for wood. Pretty simple build overall. https://www.instructables.com/id/-Ultimate-Circle-Arch-Cutting-Guide-/
Another cheap rock tumbler
This is another vibration based build. and its using a palm sander for the “vibration” bit. Interesting build overall. I like how he uses bondo to “cast” a mold to hold the sander.
Make a POV display
Using an Arduino nano, some LED’s, and a 3D printed out spinner. Nice build overall. https://www.instructables.com/id/Persistence-of-Vision-PoV-Display-Using-Arduino/

Interesting build for a grinder holder
Interesting build for a grinder hanger. I like how you can keep the handle and wrench for it on the hanger and have the wheels stored inside. More work that I would do thought. http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/angle-grinder-organization-plus-tool-box-all-one-72268?homelistings#post130847

Print out a glass bottle cutter
I actually have one of these from a kickstarter project from years ago. Its a nice build but I think you need a good sized 3D printer to print this one out (over 8 inch bed). https://www.instructables.com/id/3D-Printed-Glass-Bottle-Cutting-Tool/
