Trump will cause US Tech to suffer?

Interesting article, but…I don’t believe it.  The author (young) makes some good points.  But, if you go back to the 1990s, or 1980s, we didn’t have H1B visas (and outsourcing wasn’t a word).  Companies didn’t send large chunks of jobs overseas in a 6 month period.  Most manufacturing jobs would take years to move over due to equipment and setup.  Somehow the USA did fine before the temp “outsourcing” visas came out.  Also my experience, I know personally only 4 people that have a green card/visa that are direct workers.  I have worked with hundreds that where in the US on a visa and only here to move the work overseas.
