Interesting way to etch with electricity and salt water

This is different since the author isn’t “dipping” the metal into a salt solution, but instead is painting it on…kindof…with an electric cotton ball.  I would be a little concerned about shorting the thing out in my hands thought.  The author also points this out as well.  Oh and you should do this outside.
