print out your own under cabinet tablet holder

I was actually looking to make something like this.  The authors build is pretty nice and simple.  Only issue I see if having a 3D printer with a big enough bed to print this out.  I have seen a few commercial ones, like the one linked below.  But they all stick out or have issues.
