D.I.Y Tanks from Mexico

Apparently the Drug Lords in Mexico have upped the arms race with eachother and are not converting heavy trucks into armoured vehicles to duke it out with each other.  I look at the work involved and I wonder if it would be easier to just buy a WWII tank or something instead of going thru all this effort.  But then again…
