If I read this correctly, the author is not very fond of Xerox and things is going to get worse…UNLESS…they get rid of the CEO. The author points out that since 2007, when the current CEO, Ursula Burns, took over, the company has been spiraling down the drain.
My 2 cents, unfortunately Xerox is not like HP in this case, so they will most likely be holding on to their CEO for some time to come.
