New way for the government to track you

Very interesting article.  Basically the government has found a way to track people without a tracker.  Just get the cell tower info for your phone.  Its not exact, but it can narrow down roughly where you are and when.  And since nothing was “installed” and the info came from a 3rd party, it sidesteps the 4th.
