Xerox to California, Give us the $%^&ing Contract

A bit of a catfight going on in CA.  Xerox wasn’t the winner of a very big health support contract in CA.  So its sueing CA since it thinks the deal was not done fairly.  Originally it sounded like Xerox was the one wronged.  But now…it has gotten petty.
