This why there is no RPi Clone from China?

Interesting article that goes on that just about all of the Raspberry Pi is now made in England/Wales.   Reason I bring this up is I have been amazed that there has not been some clone from China on the RPi given its popularity.  But maybe this is why, if the factory is in England, its not like the owner (if it was China), could just spin an extra 50K units from the factory and sell them under its own name.
