Walmart has a scan & checkout app

I have to look into this one some more.  Walmart has an app for iphone that allows for you do scan and checkout from the store with it.  This just opens up  a bunch of security worries with me.  Starting from someone cloning or stealing a phone with the app on it (and automated pay).   To someone hacking the system (I remember when the self checkouts first started, folks where scanning one UPC and getting something else)…
