Xerox CEO Success=Marry Old Rich Guy saga continues

I don’t even know what to say on this one.  Basically the author is saying that as a woman, you should marry an older successful guy (like 10-20 years older) since they will be more nurturing and stay at home.  I know several guys that are the same age as there wives and are the stay-at-home or put their careers on hold.  Somehow I don’t think age is the factor.
