Make a shimmering dress

Oh the ideas…I think I know what to do for a haloween costume for the kids.  The only downside to this project is the cost.  If I am totaling up the hardware right, the one dress will run you $100 in materials.  Nevermind the dress…I wonder if some stuff from TI would work out to be cheaper….  Oh I also wonder if the model was photoshop’ed.  She is a little top heavy.
