Xerox wants its tax assessment lowered 75% in Webster

Xerox has basically pushed to get its assessment in Webster lowered by 80% (thus lowering its taxes to Webster NY by 75%) .  If any of your have fought your property tax assessments, you know its a long uphill battle and getting 10% deduction is sometimes a victory.  But 75%?  I am amazed….impressed?…that Xerox asked for this after getting 6.5 mill from the state to put in a call center.
