Xerox vs Town of Webster NY

Looks like Xerox and the Town of Webster are going to play hardball.  Xerox wants to expand its toner plant. but wants a 2/3’s cut in taxes too.  So basically it wants the town to pay for it.  The town is saying no way.  This should be interesting to watch.
