Xerox Speed Ticket machine hiccups, gives driver ticket for 1 mile under

Too funny, the driver got a ticket for going 1 mile under the limit.  With more and more of these issues coming up, I can see allot of these “automatic ticket” machine tickets getting tossed out in court if folks fight them.
