This article hits it right on the money how the STEM shortage maybe a bunch of poop. It points out that if there was a shortage, all these other things should be happening (like pay raises for STEM folks, job retentino/retraining, etc etc).
My 2 cents, there is a shortage, its for CHEAP STEM workers. The desire is to pay less and a MicyDee job for a STEM worker.
