Interesting Cloud Printing Startup

Interesting article about a startup from 2 grad’s of UofMich. that now have an API for the cloud printing service they offer.  I am looking at this and wonder why the heck Xerox isn’t doing this.  Or at least as successful as this startup, lob (https://www.lob.com/) seems to be.
