A folding wheel

I read about this in Pop Sci or Pop.Mechanics magazine the other day.  Its a wheelchair wheel that can fold down for transport.  Having transported wheelchairs in the past, this would be a nice option (its hard to get the @!$# thing in the trunk of a small car).  It will be interesting to see what the final cost of the wheels will be, and if insurance will cover it.
