Xerox speed cameras cause a new law

Xerox seems to be on the roll with annoying people with government based services.  This time Maryland is putting thru a law that would really limit speeding cameras (automatic cameras that issue speeding tickets without user intervention) and put allot of rights into the hands of the people.  And increase the cost of the cameras (since there now will need to be a bunch of oversight).  This all stems from Xerox’s speed cameras in Baltimore that where issuing many tickets for speeding that where false.  Including tickets for cars that where completely stopped.
