Build your own simple swamp cooler

I like this build, its a bucket, and insulated bucket, a few pvc pipes, and a fan, and bam.  Cooler for your house.  Low powered too (the author has the fan attached to a solar).  Oh the things “shooting out” from the pvc pipe is tinsel.
