One Xerox Exec Strikes on her Own for Success

Good story here.  The exec, Kaye Stone-Gansz, left Xerox to buy a gravel pit and convert it into a success.  Sounds like she put alot of her own money, time, and paycuts into it to do so. Too bad she left Xerox, sounds like a good leader to me.
