The Medicaid Mgmnt Problem is bigger for Xerox

Than we originally thought.  If this article is correct, there are a bunch of states Xerox manages that are in a whole lot of hurt.  Hopefully Xerox will remedy this quickly, or this could become a bit headache for them with the press.
