Interesting article that has alot of good points from Xerox

Well from Xerox’s previous CEO, Anne Mulcahy.  The article goes on points from her that Radio Shack could use to turn things around.  All of them basically sum up to “work with your employees and people” and boost moral.  Unfortunately if you look at the reviews from Xerox in the past 5 years with the current CEO, she does not follow this same methology.
