Shortage of Security Folks?

Article goes on saying there is a shortage of security experts out there.  I am not so sure about that.  I think the problem is more the narrowed requirements for a given position.  No longer are people looked at as “gee they could fit in here with a little training”.  Its more you have exactly what they want at that time. ..Or nothing
