Xerox best in outsourcing desktop servies

Its articles like this that make me wonder where Gardner gets its info from.  Basically Gardner is saying Xerox is number 1 for outsourcing desktop services.  Where that came from over companies like HP, IBM, etc.  I haven’t a clue
