Several months later, Xerox still not doing NY’s Medicaid

Looks like the over 1/2 billion contract with managing NY’s Medicaid is stuck in the court system.  Xerox’s competitors have sued over the contract basically stating Xerox’s track record in this industry (which is really bad right now) and that they don’t think Xerox can deliver what it promises on time.  I wonder if Xerox will get more time to do this if it ever gets approved.
