Xerox pays well for inferior preformance

This article raises points true with most companies that seem to pay way beyond what senior management should get at a company.  But it goes in more detail how Xerox exec’s get alot of cash with low bars set for bonuses and the company is still not a top performer.  Article also points out how there is a conflict of interest in pay between the board and the exec’s since they are the same folks in some cases.
