Wait, can’t Xerox do this too

Article goes on how HP would be well served to buy one of the 3D printing companies out there.  And I thought to myself.  Why can’t other 2D companies do this like Xerox?  I have been surpised that some of the 2D companies have not been more active in 3D since they have…or had the infrastructure, tech, and support in place to do so.  But then again, Kodak had digital cameras before everyone else and sat on it….
