How to fix H-1B

Nice article.  And points out the biggest problem with the visa, is its being used to send jobs to lower paying folks via outsourcing contract houses.  I like how the article shows those on the visa that are hired direct get paid a normal wage, while the outsource companies are half (or less) that.  The biggest idea is to change it so you actually select people that are value (instead of just  cheap).
