If you didn’t know, Yahoo has been hurting for the past few years. There last CEO was rated by employees as something like the 5th worst (I think). Ursula took 1st last year.
Well the new CEO sounds very promising. She is doing all sorts of little things (read article, or watch video) to boost morale and has taken out a bunch of the higher ups and brought in new senior staff to try and turn things around.
The bit about god is a little odd..but if you compare it to another CEO…
The reason this caught my attention, is many in senior management in companies in upstate NY complain about the work they get out of their IT/engineering staff lately, and seem to constantly be cutting benefits/pay/constant layoffs to those same folks. And they don’t seem to put 2+2 together on that.
It will be interesting to see what happens to Yahoo in the next few years.
