Add a vent to the new fuel cans

I like this write up.  The newer gas cans have “vents” build into the horrible anti spill nozzles they come with these days.  Well like the nozzles, they don’t work well (I spill more gas with the new safety nozzles than without it).  The author came up with a simple hack to add in your won vent.
