I don’t know what is worse, being dead last in ratings by employees for a tech company, or being in this position for 2 years in a row, or being worst than the year before. If you read the article, Xerox scores last in just about everything with employees except in work/life balance. Where it wasn’t too far behind being last.
So why do folks work there? Well if you read some of the reviews, there are a lot of folks that came in during the 80s/90s. And it sounds like there is not too much for jobs in the areas Xerox has engineering. In other words, there is no place else to go…
I wonder if any senior management types see these reviews of their companies? Or care?
