ACS (Xerox?) looking for Embedded Engineer

This was an odd one, Xerox has been letting go embedded engineers for years now, but wait, the ACS arm is looking for an embedded engineer in the same area….seems odd.  Especially since ACS is the “services” end of Xerox and not the “technology” end.  And why is it under ACS and not Xerox?
