FINALLY, someone (Disney) is getting sued over H-1B abuse

Disney is in a class action suit for basically outsourcing 300 jobs to cheaper labor on H-1B visas.  What is different here is Disney forgot to include a “you can’t talk about or sue us” clause in the severance package.  Most companies will have that in there as a carrot to keep folks around for a bit to train up the replacements.  And to keep them from getting sued for abusing the H-1B visas.  This will be an interesting case to keep an eye on.
